The free plugin on WordPress.org is the whole generator, uncapped. It has every style, every aspect ratio, generated alt text, and the Generate tab in the media modal — with no counter anywhere. Pro is about doing it at scale and keeping it consistent.

It describes the licence on the images, not the price of making them. What you generate is yours: no attribution line, no stock subscription, no per-use fee, no model release to chase, and nobody can pull an image out from under a page you already published.
Generating each image is billed to you by your own AI provider, at their rates, on the connection WordPress already has. This plugin does not resell generation and never sees the transaction — which is also why there is no API key field and nothing routed through our servers. A Pro licence covers the plugin, not inference.
